Why are some questions locked?
Some data needs you to sign in, use an approved email, hold a licence or ask for access.
FAQThe publisher decides who may see each question. A padlock means you need to do something first: sign in, use an email from an approved organisation, hold a licence, pay, or ask for access.
If a question says Ask for access, sign in and send a short message. The publisher will approve or decline it.
